1. Exchanges for Size Changes
We gladly accept exchanges for the same item in a different size. To be eligible:
The item must be unused, in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your item reaches us safely.
3. Refunds for Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, we will issue a full refund or replacement upon receiving and verifying the damaged product. Please contact us immediately with photos of the damage.
4. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, certain items (such as lingerie) cannot be exchanged or returned unless defective.
